I wish there was an option for a half star. Where to begin? OMG. Every time I'm in the waiting room I feel like I am sitting in a Third World country. The staff are slow to respond and I never get a message response on the patient portal. I am about to look for a different clinic.

They refused to releases my child's medical records to SSI, after being given the necessary release paperwork signed by us. Almost cost my child SSI benefits. They never return phone calls, hardly ever pick up the phone and god forbid you leave a message for your doctor with reception because they'll never get it.

Checked in online, as requested, sat in my car, as requested, waiting for someone to contact me, as instructed. 30 min later, still nothing, I go inside. After waiting another 10 minutes, I'm told everyone is at lunch and I need to reschedule. Thanks for wasting my time. Avoid this place.

I checked in on the phone that I was there for my appointment and it said to wait in the parking lot until called. 1 hour later I'm waiting and trying to call to see what happening while getting no response so I go inside. The receptionist said that they can't see when people check in and I should have come in next time. I had to wait almost 2 hours before I was seen and I'm not coming back. I thought they were having an off day then decided to try again with a telemedicine phone call a few days later and received no call at all. I wouldn't recommend going here.
