Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment on the 4th of November. When I got there I was informed that they had cancelled it. When I informed them that no one had contacted me to tell me this, they lied and said that they had both called me and sent me a letter. I had not gotten either. Fast forward to today (3 days later) I finally get the letter that tells me my appointment is cancelled. The only issue is that the letter says they filled it out on October 9. Yet, the envelope states that it was sent on November 5, a day after my original appointment was supposed to be. Even with COVID slowing mail down, if they had sent the letter in the beginning of October it does not take a full month for the letter to arrive when it is sent in first class mail.
