Meeting the receptionist at the front desk, dr Hassan and his assistant nurse, Mallory, for the first time yesterday was, as expected, thorough and professionally done. Meeting afterwards with Amy R., whose job, as we understand, is to explain the cost of the surgical procedures to prospective patients/clients, was on the other hand, a very disturbing experience. Ms. Amy R. quickly flexed her entitlement muscles of her job position to patronize and dismiss us as soon as she could; I would say, in a lapse of three minutes.
More questions? Explanations? Nope. Amy R got up, opened her office door and stood a few feet away outside her door in an unfriendly manner to wait for us to leave. We were stunned. My husband and I walked out to their clinic hallway to try to make sense of what just happened. Wow! We are also employers and made the comment that we would never hire a person like Ms Amy R. Who needs employees who treat other humans in such arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful ways?

I've had to bring my grandmother here for several appointments, and the staff is always very caring and helpful. My grandmother is treated very well. I have to bring my little one with me, and they are very friendly and accommodating to me when we are in the waiting room. We have not experienced excessive wait times ourselves.

Terribly over booked their doctors! I don't enjoy waiting over 45 minutes after my appointment time to get called back to a room then more waiting! When I have to leave my job for an appointment I cannot afford all all that waiting time.
