Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on restoring mobility and reducing pain through customized treatment plans. Specializing in non-surgical rehabilitation, we address orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic conditions using manual therapy techniques. Patients receive one-on-one care with licensed therapists who monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes.
Sports Medicine
Designed for athletes of all levels, our sports medicine program treats sports-related injuries and prevents future occurrences. We evaluate biomechanical imbalances, provide sport-specific rehabilitation, and offer performance enhancement strategies. Our team collaborates with coaches and trainers to ensure safe return-to-play protocols following injuries.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Specialized treatment for neurological conditions like strokes, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques to improve balance, coordination, and functional mobility. The program focuses on retraining neural pathways to restore independence in daily activities through targeted exercises.
Concussion Treatment
Comprehensive concussion management for athletes and non-athletes follows current medical guidelines. Our approach includes symptom assessment, vestibular testing, and gradual return-to-activity protocols. Therapists work closely with physicians to address cognitive and physical symptoms through targeted rehabilitation strategies.
Dry Needling
Certified therapists administer dry needling to alleviate musculoskeletal pain and improve mobility. This technique targets trigger points to release muscle tension and promote healing. Combined with traditional physical therapy, it enhances recovery outcomes for chronic pain and acute injuries.

I have gone to Garrett in the past. My dr. sent me to a different PT clinic last year. I noticed right away that it didn't compare with the treatment I received at QPT. I trust Garrett know what he is doing. He explains everything clearly and is thorough. The best!

Arrived early to 5pm appt. They said it was 4:30. When I showed them the appt card with 5pm written on it they didn't acknowledge their mistake and charged us for a $65 copay for 20 minutes of physical therapy which ended at 5:20. Very unprofessional. If they are willing to fix this customer service mishap then I would go back as the therapist himself was actually a nice guy.

The team on Whitney ave are amazing. They truly are my angels. Their knowledge from rehabilitation to billing is vast. Stepping into the doors you feel like your home, and their encouragement makes you push further and try harder to heal and recover from any injury. Steve, Lisa, Tate, and Maria I can not thank you enough for being part of my recovery and diverting surgery. You will forever be in my heart.
