Since 1959, Panorama Pediatric Group has been dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare for children from birth through young adulthood. Our mission centers on preventative care and health education, empowering both parents and children to actively participate in their healthcare journey. We pioneered a team-based system to personalize care, offering extended hours until 9 PM on weekdays, weekend mornings, and most major holidays. Certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, we utilize electronic records for seamless care coordination and communication, complemented by a secure patient portal for convenient access to forms, refill requests, and direct messaging. Our on-site services include lead and cholesterol screening, state-of-the-art vision screening, and partnerships with Golisano Children's Hospital and Accountable Health Partners.

With a legacy of innovation, we introduced nurse practitioners in 1968 and became early adopters of electronic medical records in 2004. Our practice spans generations, with many families returning with their children and grandchildren, reflecting our commitment to building lasting relationships within the community. We emphasize well-child care, developmental screening using evidence-based methods, and integrated behavioral health services.
