I gave three stars because the Doctors are nice but as far as the front desk staff go, 0 stars. The staff are rude over the phone and don't really have compassion. I received my son's test results through mychart over the weekend and called first thing on Monday. The results said he had Lupus which can be serious in a 5 yr old even deadly. I tired to speak to medical staff and she was rude saying You have an appt next week and sighed when I said my son needs a sooner appt. due to his joint pain and huge loss in muscle and weight loss.
She said she couldn't make appts since only 3 doctors were in and I would have to call tommorrow for appt. I asked to speak to someone over the phone due to my fear for the health of my son and she seemed annoyed. She finally took my number and still I'm waiting for a call back.

Dr. Abell is great and we have found the staff very friendly and helpful! If we ever have a problem they are very accommodating.

We have three children who are currently patients with Dr. Kaplan at Penfield Pediatrics. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this office, the staff, or Dr. Kaplan. He always takes his time and answers every question I have, and is happy to talk through any process or procedure with me. He has always followed up with me personally if there was a question he wasn't able to answer immediately. I also believe Dr. Kaplan actually takes the time to listen to our thoughts and concerns with out kids, and takes our opinions into consideration (unlike other Doctors I've visited.)

Dr. Heintz has been fantastic with our 3 girls, and the other doctors are helpful and attentive. We've really been extremely happy with our decision to use Penfield Pediatrics.
