Services
In Vitro Fertilization
Our IVF program utilizes advanced laboratory techniques to help patients overcome complex fertility challenges. The process involves egg retrieval, laboratory fertilization, and embryo transfer, with optional genetic testing to improve success rates. With decades of experience and elective single embryo transfer protocols, we maximize pregnancy outcomes while prioritizing patient safety and healthy pregnancies.
Egg Freezing
Egg freezing services empower individuals to preserve reproductive potential for future family planning. This process involves ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and cryopreservation using vitrification technology for optimal egg viability. Patients choose this option for medical reasons, career planning, or personal timing considerations, with counseling to guide decision-making about future use.
Genetic Testing
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) analyzes embryos for chromosomal abnormalities before transfer. This service improves IVF success rates by selecting genetically normal embryos, reduces miscarriage risks, and supports family planning for patients with hereditary conditions. Our CLIA-certified lab employs next-generation sequencing to provide accurate embryo screening results.
LGBTQIA+ Family Building
We offer comprehensive family-building options for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, including donor insemination, reciprocal IVF, and gestational carrier arrangements. Our team provides specialized guidance through legal and medical processes, with partnerships for donor egg and sperm services, as well as surrogacy programs through the Center for Surrogate Parenting.
Donor Sperm
Donor sperm services support fertility treatments for single women, lesbian couples, and heterosexual couples with male factor infertility. We collaborate with Fairfax Cryobank to provide rigorously screened donors, with options for IUI or IVF procedures. Patients receive detailed donor profiles and counseling about selection criteria and treatment success rates.

RSC was able to help me and my husband where Kaiser just left us in shambles. The staff is so friendly, helpful and understanding. I'm very hopeful we'll will see a positive pregnancy in the near future now that we're in the right hands. Dr Hinckley is the best! Update: I am currently pregnant after our first round of IVF. We don't have enough positive things to say about RSC! We are over the moon happy! 2nd update: our little boy is happy, healthy and thriving at 2 & a half years old. He is the light and love of my life, along with his big brother! Our family is complete thanks to RSC!

The personalized care and compassion Dr. Weckstein, Paula and the entire team (from the receptionist, phlebotomist (sweet Kelly who always draw my blood), the ultrasound techs, the preop nurses) has provided my husband and I through our infertility journey will always be close to our hearts. This team will be forever part of our family. The RSC San Ramon team from the point of consultation to our first successful IVF cycle have been so supportive in the care and coordination through every process. The communication among the team has been seamless and timely. We are so blessed to have been in the care of Dr. Weckstein and his amazing team, we can't wait to meet our rainbow baby!

We ended up getting lucky trying on our own but the consultation we had with Dr. Rosenbluth was a game changer and definitely put us on the right path after several chemical pregnancies. I felt like he was the first medical professional, out of a total of 3 that we had spoken with, who was able to address OUR circumstance and explain things in a clear, understandable way.

Billing department is just another world, a chaotic one. Tip: get the paper copy of the receipts and label it with the name of the service you paid. It will become hard to keep track of all receipts in email form because they are not labeled by the type of service. They are just receipts with a dollar amount and a date. The billing system is a disaster. After years of complaints you would think they would fix it but they don't.

Not sure why the director even bothers to respond back it's the same generic responses she gives to all billing complaints. Generic responses lose meaning and trust that the issues are actually being fixed.

We came to Rsc after trying 3 IUI with obgyn. We are very happy with our doctor Dr Mary Hinckley. She is very knowledgeable and we completely trusted her decisions. The staff at Rsc were very well organised, friendly and kind. Special thanks to our case manager Tanna, who walked us through every treatment and procedure. She was always only a phone call away for any concerns we had and always had a positive outlook.
