We are board certified professionals providing comprehensive medical care from birth to 18 years of age. Our providers are experienced in managing a wide variety of acute and chronic illnesses. Well child checkups - complete physical exam, routine immunizations, sports physicals, vision and hearing screenings.

The New Patient Packet comes in a Spanish version as well. For newborn babies, we encourage the parents to contact the insurance companies as soon as possible after hospital discharge. Please be aware that most health insurance plans allow 30 days to add your newborn on the policy. If you have coverage through Medicaid, you must contact the Medicaid office to receive and activate child's member identification number. Make your Primary care Physician selection at the same time to avoid any delays in providing the medical care to your newborn.

At Lake Worth Pediatrics, we provide an easy access to our Patient Portal, a safe and secure online access to view and download medical records. At your next visit, talk to our staff about patient portal. Our staff will give your unique activation code for your child's account. If you have more than one child, you need to activate each child's account separately.
