The woman answering the phones is very rude and spoke over me without even letting me finish my sentence or voice my concerns. Then she is trying to do the doctors job of telling me what he would be willing to prescribe or not prescribe because "she has worked for him for a long time". If you can't even listen to a potential patient how do you ever hope to help them. So I will be taking my $324 else where to people who are actually willing to listen, and not discriminate over the phone.

I called this office in an effort to obtain information re bio-HRT. The person who answered the phone, didn't know if they offer it. She put me on hold. The office person who then cane to the phone, said, "well, yeah. We have done that for years". (Like it was my fault her office staff doesn't know what they do) I then asked regarding cost. The cost of this varies significantly in this area. I was told I would have to make an appointment to ask.
I clarified, "so you would like me to make an appointment so that I can ask the MD questions that may make me decide not to visit this doctor? " She said, that's just the way they do it. Good answer. She then offered to have me ask her, then she could ask him and call me back. By then, I had lost all trust in this business. So unfortunate. This may be a good Dr. I never had opportunity to find out. The damage was done.

This doctor has done amazing things for my father. This is the first time I feel like he has had the answers he has needed. I think it's ironic that the only bad reviews here are from three people who have never actually seen or been to this doctor. A long wait time may be inconvenient for some, but it shows they are sought after, well liked, catering to their patients, not rushing, and doing a good job. Kudos to this practice! You are working miracles for my father and many of his friends.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Fera's, The Holistic Health and Medicine Clinic, for about a quarter century (25 years). It is run most efficiently and Dr. Fera is a caring outstanding physician with a great long time experience and innovative approach, difficult to find and often life saving. We feel comfort in these difficult times having Dr. Fera's medical expertise and his clinic available any time we are in need. Dr. Fera and his team are knowledgeable, wonderful and caring. The initial check up we saw Dr. Fera for took a long time, but it was because he actually CHECKED everything. It was the best way to gain peace of mind that we truly were addressing every issue. Although it was a bit of a drive, it was worth it. Highly recommend this practice.
