It was for my 82-yr old mom who has zero mobility. The nice gentleman technician just lifted her onto and off the MRI machine.

Sabrina at the front desk was welcoming and efficient and the female MRI technician was quite pleasant and professional. I would give 5 stars except for the over 1 hour late wait for the MRI. The lateness seems to be a recurring theme on these reviews so scheduling might be a little tight. But overall a positive experience.

Service was good, and the staff was friendly, but they are short staffed at the moment in their Daly City location. The Redwood City location can have you in and out much faster.

Brandon at the front desk delivered exceptional customer service. I can't praise him enough. From beginning to end he was extremely efficient in spite of taking care of many other customers at the same time. He is prompt and efficient with everything. My X ray technician was also courteous and excellent. This made the entire experience enjoyable.
