Dr. Frank holds himself and his entire office to the highest standards to truly take care of patients in every way. If Nordstrom were a doctor, that would be Dr. Frank and his staff. He has been especially helpful and responsive when I've had unusual symptoms to ease my fears and get me in to be seen by the right specialist quickly. His network of specialists that he refers his patients to is bar none.
Nothing like my experiences with other primary care doctors who just refer me to a general department without even knowing the doctors in that practice. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Frank to any of my family, friends and co-workers.

I had the worst meeting with a doctor I've ever had during the meet and greet with Dr. Frank. I thought I'd get to ask questions about his philosophy and learn about the practice, but instead he decided to grill me with questions for 45 minutes and diagnose me without running any tests. His diagnosis? I'm not physically ill at all and everything is in my head. He claimed he could know this already because he's seen 15 patients like me before.
He was mocking in tone at times, belittling my concerns and saying that the diagnoses of others were wrong as well. Needless to say, since my main reason for looking into concierge care was to see a doctor who really listened, took my concerns seriously, and worked with me to find a care plan that fits me individually, I won't be going back. Even if he were right, this was no way to treat a potential patient and he seemed not to care, saying multiple times that I must want to shoot him for what he was saying. He seemed to think he was being helpful, but it was the worst bedside manner I've seen in a doctor. I hope this review can save others from the abuse.

Signing up for Dr. Dan's practice is the best thing I've done for my health. He and his office staff have been spectacularly accommodating, professional and highly skilled. For the most part (knocking on wood here!), I don't require much in the way of medical attention, but when I do--I see Dr. Dan! As an internist, Dr. Dan is fully capable of handling general medical issues that come up from time-to-time. But, what I really appreciate is his willingness to take the time to solve problems--particularly when they are of the nature that would be otherwise handled by a specialist.
For example, I had an issue with a knee injury and saw an orthopedic specialist on my own. I was concerned with the diagnosis at the time and relayed my concern to Dr. Dan. Dr. Dan then rounded up years of my history with the knee and forwarded the case to HIS associates in the orthopedic field where I was properly diagnosed and treated. He cares, he takes as much time as is necessary, and then he creates and action plan!

Shout out to Doctor Dan! I don't choose to review often or really ever, but in this case I feel MedNorthwest deserves 5 stars and my full gratitude. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like a friend. The staff is super nice, friendly and ready to help with what ails you. The lobby is always clean and comfortable with snacks provided. Not to mention the beautiful views of Seattle. Dan is professional, knowledgeable and accurate as a doctor. He's compassionate, but at the same time will tell you how it is. It's easy to talk to him.
He really cares about you. I think it's important to connect with your doctor in a real way. It's easy to believe that he wants the best for you and trust in a physician is of the upmost importance to me. Thanks again Dr. Dan, you really are one of the all time greats.
