These people apparently don't want or need business. I've called several times and never had anyone answer the phone. I've left several voicemails that were never returned. I can't imagine that if it's this hard to get someone on the phone to book an appointment that their customer service if anything went amiss would be any better. How are there so many good reviews? Do all those people walk into to make appointments?

I met with Taj earlier this week. The front desk employees were super welcoming and friendly. Taj Rock was great at calming my nerves on a blemish on my face that I was checking on. She explained the situation and thankfully it was not cancerous. I would definitely go bac again!

7/24/2020Previous review I was hoping for a doc with good bedside manner, and I got two! Dr. Arntzen and Dr. Marcus are both absolutely fabulous; friendly and professional, it was a very pleasant experience.

Was extremely nervous to get a body scan, but from the moment I entered the examination room I was met with such kindness, and the lovely doctor (Elizabeth!) answered all of my questions in great detail and with great patience even tho I seemed to be the last appointment of the day. 10/10

If your time is valuable, avoid this practice! My appointment was at 3pm. I arrived 5 minutes early as instructed to complete new patient paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised when the intake nurse called my name at a few minutes past 3. She was efficient but not especially friendly or kind and told me to put on the gown and the doctor would be in shortly. I then waited for over an hour for the doctor to appear.
When she did, she had the wrong patient name and chart and I had to correct her. She then left for another five minutes to get that straightened out. There was never an apology or explanation for why I was kept waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. I also felt that Dr Wood was in a hurry and I did not get the quality check-up I wanted. The only people who were kind and caring were the two receptionists.

As another review mentioned below, I have difficulty with melisma, basal cell spots, brown "age spots" & melanoma runs in my family. I have seen two doctors at this office for two years for this on/off, in addition to Botox, skin biopsies, & removal of suspicious growths. I have finally found the perfect fit: Dr K Wood. She is new, thorough, caring & very productive. I am always prepared to wait in that office. for a long time.
Average is an 1.5 to be in/out. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is well worth the wait & money spent. I've seen a variety of doctors for a car accident over the years, face surgery, physical therapy. I know hood doctors when I get one. The new girls at the front desk as well as the new dermatologist are helpful, patient and courteous. Thank you for today.
