I was very impressed with Dr. Rey! You spend the majority of your consultation time speaking with him and he is so patient and caring. I had direct contact with him at all times, he gave out an emergency cell number for questions after a procedure, his demeanor with patients and technique is great, minimal bruising and had to see any scar. Also the BHPS staff is professional and caring!

A complete disappointment and negligent. He does not care about the patients only the money he is getting. He does not take responsibility for his mistakes and did the opposite of what I asked for. Avoid this dude at all cost. I had the displeasure of seeing him for plastic surgery and regret seeing him and paying money to work on me. I ended up in the emergency room after getting some work done. He has to be the worst plastic surgeon in my opinion and will never take responsibility for botching you.
