I have come here for years and, while I like my doctor, Texas ENT has the absolute worst customer service. You can never get a person on the phone who cares to even listen. Don't start treatment here - they do not care about their patients.

Drs are great.but there office staff horrible for the following reasons: 1. You can NEVER speak to a live person. You must ALWAYS leave a voicemail. 2. The office staff is completely incompetent. For example, I was supposed to have surgery the day after Labor Day (Tuesday). I had my pre-op appoint the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I was then told that I needed the following: bloodwork and a release from my cardiologist.

I was literally on my way out of town after I had the pre-op. Because of their lack of planning and communication, I had to reschedule my appointment for the following month. 3. There is NO communication between staff. One nurse/office staff will tell you one thing, talk to someone else and it is a different story. Apparently the drs do not care how their office is run. It is a shame that the drs do not care how their office is run. I will never refer anyone to Texas ENT. This is their daily job.you would think the office staff and nurses would know how to do it.
