After 12+ years of old saline implants, I decided to reduce my breasts from a full B cup to an A cup. With all the negatives out there regarding plastic I was worried I wasn't sure if I should remove them completely or put silicone in. Dr Rand and the ladies in the office made me feel at ease with my decision. The unexpected follow up call from Dr Rand felt very welcoming and a dr that cares. I've told many friends that's considering to reach out to this office!

I have gone to doctor Rand for breast augmentation and also for a lift on 2 separate occasion's. The entire staff is amazing. you can tell that they hand pick their nurses. It never feels like they are rushing me and always seems like they truly care and want to listen. The professionalism behind doctor Rand and the optimism behind his nurses is truly the absolute best group of people you can have if you're going in 4 an important surgery.
The staff is calming right before you fall asleep before a surgery and such an incredible support group along the way. Doctor Rand is always available via email and responds right away no matter what the concern is. I will continue to go back and always refer.

Dr. Rand and his staff have exceeded my expectations from the beginning. Through the entire process he and his staff have been caring, organized, detailed orientated, and amazing. My procedure went smoother than I could have ever imagined. The post op was pain free, very smooth, and overall a great experience. I felt so at ease and confident with them from beginning to end. I am SO thankful for Dr. Rand and his staff. Oh, and of course I am thrilled with my results! You will not be disappointed in any way with Dr. Rand! If you're searching for a surgeon, he's the surgeon you want, and his staff is absolutely the best! I'll return for any future needs-wants!

You know your surgeon did an amazing job when you go in for a mamogram and the nurse asks who did the surgery because they look so good! I had a reduction and lift after a previous implant and couldn't be happier. He is amazing at what we does and I would highly recommend.
