This was my first exam with this clinic. I've had eye exams before, but nothing like this. The front office staff is friendly and the back office staff are very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Doctor is incredible! They tell very clear, takes their time, explains everything, is very thorough, very nice and easy to talk to.

Appointment was on time. Cindy in the contacts department is awesome. She is thorough, does not get in a hurry, makes sure she is prescribing the correct lenses and makes sure you are satisfied. Dr. Wilkerson is awesome as well. Clinic is clean.

Dr. Wilkerson seemed very good. But two things bothered me. Number one they did not check to see if our insurance paid for the exam and they do. They wanted $240 for my husband plus contact exam $75. I called them on Monday and I called my insurance who called them and told them insurance paid. This bothers me alot that is very expensive and I think k patients should be told upfront. The other thing that bothers me is technician checking my eyes messed up. She was very sweet but still that is her job.
