Services
Epidural Steroid Injections
Epidural steroid injections deliver targeted anti-inflammatory medication to alleviate nerve pain caused by herniated discs or spinal stenosis. This minimally invasive procedure reduces swelling and irritation in the epidural space, offering relief for cervical, thoracic, or lumbar conditions. Patients often experience significant pain reduction, enabling improved mobility and quality of life.
Regenerative Medicine
Regenerative medicine harnesses the bodys natural healing mechanisms using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and adult stem cells. These treatments stimulate tissue repair in joints, ligaments, and discs by activating growth factors and mesenchymal stem cells. Ideal for osteoarthritis, partial tears, and discogenic back pain, this approach promotes long-term recovery without surgery.
Facet Joint Injections
Facet joint injections target pain from arthritic or inflamed facet joints in the spine. Using fluoroscopic guidance, anti-inflammatory medication is delivered directly to the affected joint or its nerve supply. This procedure provides diagnostic clarity and therapeutic relief for chronic neck or back pain related to degenerative joint disease.
Discography
Discography identifies painful intervertebral discs by injecting contrast dye under imaging guidance. This diagnostic test confirms whether disc abnormalities correlate with the patients symptoms, guiding precise treatment planning for discogenic pain. Results help determine candidacy for therapies like IDET or surgical intervention.
Percutaneous Disc Decompression
Percutaneous disc decompression relieves nerve pressure from contained disc herniations using a needle-based procedure. By removing small amounts of disc material, this technique reduces leg pain and restores function without open surgery. Most patients resume normal activities within 24 hours, with rapid symptom improvement.

Front desk staff wonderful. I was told to bring a driver for an injection and then when I arrived for said injection, they hadn't even gotten approval. Krista has zero compassion and could not have been more rude. They didn't even have my MRI. I do NOT recommended.
