This practice's billing company is the absolute worst. They REFUSE to take my insurance info and insist that I owe them for the uninsured patient amount. And then they hang up on you when you call. Tell your doctor DO NOT USE THIS LAB!

This billing company continues to attempt to bill for items they have already been paid for via insurance + HSA/health fund. In others word, if you are not following the money trail these guys would love to eat up your double payment. Spoke to a Jay here, seems like they know they do this, but was peddling BS. Rude guy too. Cant give a 0 so giving a 1
