Waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room. Keep in mind nobody was in the waiting room just me but every person who came in got attended quickly. i asked the office for help and said i was next. 30 mins pass and no one is helping me. people are seeing me and just ignoring me. so i luckily asked someone who passed for help and keep in mind everyone wasn't doing anything just on the computer but they're so "busy". i had to ask TWICE for help. wasted my time here for two hours just for a simple check up. why be in the medical field if you're not genuinely helping your patients!

This place hires people with no experience limited medical knowledge and claim they doing service under the hospice of doctors when they don't have one and end up butting your life in the hands of none professional or a para medical person they committed a big error when they gave medication that contracted with my other medication almost ended my life. Please ask to see a doctor no one else better yet find a doctor somewhere else.

Filing a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Will do everything in my power for this clinic to get wiped out and staffed with people who truly want to be there. They get paid to provide care, yet they do the minimal. It seems any request is a bother and inconvenience. Very negligent office. The actual office is nice, however, you have workers who just work for a paycheck. It seems they don't care about their profession. Unfortunately, this is the closest location for my sister.
My sister ended up having a UTI after she was denied a visit until her prenatal visit with a case manager was completed, which was in 3 weeks. The only reason my sister found out was because she went to the ER. If she wouldn't have done so, her UTI could have had a different outcome. My sister has been very vocal and outspoken, it seems they still don't care. We are documenting every negligent act from this location. She's asked for a referral to another location and they denied her request. Therefore, they are assuming all responsibility as they continue to provide poor care and follow up for all requests being made. This review is for their "Woman's Health Center"

This is the worst clinic you could go to. Please call your insurance and change providers. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the last three days and nobody answers the call. I'm on hold for hours and then they pick up and hang up the phone. If you are assigned to the San Fernando office please call your provider and change office immediately. It seems like nobody works there because they never answer the phone.
And their appointments are like five months out. Seems like the San Fernando office at 1600 N. San Fernando Rd. is runed by ghost because nobody is there. Then when you get an answer the person underline doesn't know what you're talking about and can't even help you out. So once again if you're assigned to this office please call your provider and change office immediately. If I could give it -3 stars I would

They're really slow and oftentimes forget their patients. We had come in 15 minutes before our appointment to get a flu shot and hoping they would take us in on time. They barely took us in 30 minutes after said appointment and were in the room waiting for the doctor to give us our shot while the people who were waiting after us got taken in early.
