The quality and skill of the ladies who do the laser has gone down. I've been coming for about 3 years. When Niki was there she was super professional and could get a lot done in the allotted time. I have referred several other women to Vartany's for laser and they all used to love it as well but now we keep talking about who we had and different reasons we are displeased. Some are new and inexperienced, some too slow, etc.
The last person who did my laser was very slow, I felt like she was barely caressing me with the laser, and she seemed more interested in chatting. She was nice but I had to remind her to keep lasering me since I'm paying by time. For $100 (15 min) I can usually get 2-3 times as much done. Also, no one there wears a mask. It's a shame to see the quality go down in the last couple years. I used to enthusiastically refer people but now I wonder if I should find a different place.

I'm doing laser here with Priscilla, she is very good, super fast, very clean place, but I'm very disappointed because I just had my 9th session and I still have a lot of hair.

The staff is very friendly and gives great explanations of the procedures and what you should expect. The facility is very clean and has easy access. Dr. Vartany is very professional and answers all questions and concerns. I would recommend this MD for any plastic surgery procedure

I recently got a rhinoplasty surgery from Dr. Vartany & his absolutely wonderful and amazing staff. To begin with the front desk is very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable of the procedures and processes of the services they provide, so it's assuring to know they have the answers to any questions that I have. Each individual in the office from the moment I walk in, to the consultation, and to the operating room is 100% committed and supportive on assuring that you get what it is that you want.
I got exactly what I wanted every step of the way. I've also been here for Lazer hair removal also a service I would recommend from Dr. Vartany's office. Super professional, experienced, and sincere. I can't thank them enough for all that they did for me and continue to provide. Thank you all at the Burbank location of Dr. Vartany!
