I've never had any luck with eye doctors. I finally found someone in kannapolis but they then moved so I had to search for a new one in which I put off for so long. I found this place and they have all been wonderful! Especially Megan, she sat with me to pick out my frames and told me her truest opinion! I've spent $100's on glasses and end up not wearing them because of how they look and fit my face but I now have glasses that I absolutely love. Thank you so much Megan for your honest and true opinion.

No Response. 1) Fill out new patient form online - Says someone will call to schedule appointment - 10 days later, no response 2) Fill out an appointment - says someone will call to validate the appointment. -3 business days later - No response 3) Voice mail - asking about appointment - 2 days later, no response. Business must be good. I suggest if you need to see an eye doctor, look someplace else. UPDATE: Less than 8 hours after posting this review, they contacted me. AMAZING. Said they have no info on me. Now I'm wondering where all that personal information went. I'm using another doctor.

Dr. Harris and Harlow are both wonderful doctors with friendly personalities, great knowledge and a wonderful staff. During corona they are handling things well with calling when you arrive, spacing guests out, temperature checks, plexiglass, and lots of cleaning. I appreciated them before this and now even more!

I will be turning 50 in a couple of months. I have had horrible vision my entire life. Dr Harris learned about sclera contacts. They are very new. She heard they do well with people with difficult vision. She saw me a couple of times for exams (it takes a little while to get these contacts perfect). I have never ever seen this well in my life. I have perfect 20/20 vision. I am so incredibly happy.
I just cannot believe how well I can see. I went to the grocery store, after my appointment, and was amazed how much I could see. I absolutely love Dr Harris and her staff. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I recommend her 1000%. I would not go anywhere else.

Staff and Dr Torrey were excellent. Very experienced and professional. They made me feel very comfortable through all of the exams. I was going to take my prescription with me but the gentleman was so helpful helping me find my frames and exactly what I wanted I bought two pairs after my appointment. He had it all figured out with my insurance and made it very easy for me. Would totally recommend. I will definitely go back here!
