If you have time to call and deal with insurance stuff, this may be your place. They push all that on you. I have yet to call and get through to anyone, always a voicemail even though there are 3 to folks behind the desk each time I've been here. I do like the dr I see but all these small nuances add up. I work full time and don't have time to do their job. It's like going to the grocery store and scanning and bagging your own items. Really inconvenient. Honestly, the insurance company pushed me back on them. There's another hour I'll never get back. Queue the circus music

Care provided was great! Dr. Weisner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Very accommodating as well. Only complaint was the receptionist at the desk in the Enfield office was SUPER rude and condescending to me. Talked over me, barely helped and said I needed to figure it out on my own at some point, AND stated she had other patients to attend to and was too busy. I know her name but will not say out of respect. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. Other than her this is a great place!
