Services
Varicose Vein Treatment
Our varicose vein treatments address dilated, painful veins using minimally invasive techniques like endovenous laser ablation and sclerotherapy. These procedures improve blood flow, reduce discomfort, and enhance leg appearance. Patients benefit from our surgeons' expertise in selecting the most appropriate method based on individual vein health assessments.
Spider Vein Solutions
Spider vein treatments target small, visible vessels using sclerotherapy injections or laser therapy. These cosmetic procedures address red, blue, or purple vein clusters on legs or face. Our specialists evaluate underlying vascular health to ensure optimal results while minimizing recurrence risks through personalized aftercare plans.
Diagnostic Vascular Lab
Our accredited vascular lab performs non-invasive duplex ultrasound exams to analyze blood flow in arteries, veins, and organs. This technology detects abnormalities like clots, blockages, or weakened vessels. Registered vascular technologists conduct painless evaluations to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning for various vascular conditions.
Arterial Disorder Management
We diagnose and treat arterial conditions including carotid artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, and abdominal aortic aneurysms. Our approach combines medical management, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions when necessary. Patients receive comprehensive care to improve circulation and prevent complications like strokes or limb-threatening ischemia.
VenaSeal Procedure
The VenaSeal procedure uses medical adhesive to close diseased veins, offering an alternative to traditional thermal ablation. This outpatient treatment requires no incisions or general anesthesia, allowing immediate return to daily activities. Our surgeons pioneered this technique in the U.S., ensuring patients benefit from our extensive procedural expertise.

Had surgery on my wrist recently and Dr. Gibson was wonderful. She even took her lunchtime to see me when I had some post-op questions. Really great about explaining what is going on and why. It's little wonder she's listed on Seattle Top Docs. Had a bit of a problem transferring information in but the staff was great otherwise. Would highly recommend.

Drs. have been wonderful. The office is extremely chaotic, which makes difficult. Poorly trained and unaware of what the dr. Is trying to schedule. Phone communication can be lengthy wait times with no real answer at the end.
