Post-Surgery Recovery
Our post-surgical rehabilitation program accelerates recovery through customized treatment plans combining manual therapy, progressive exercises, and advanced modalities. Certified specialists work closely with referring surgeons to optimize healing while minimizing pain and restoring functional mobility for orthopedic and sports-related procedures.
Chronic Pain Management
Specialized chronic pain interventions integrate dry needling, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise to reduce inflammation and improve mobility. Our evidence-based approach addresses conditions like fibromyalgia and degenerative joint disease while teaching patients self-management techniques for long-term symptom control.
Sports Medicine
Comprehensive sports rehabilitation combines injury-specific treatment with performance enhancement training. Certified athletic trainers utilize video analysis and functional movement screening to restore athletes to competition readiness while implementing injury prevention strategies tailored to specific sports demands.
Dry Needling Therapy
Certified practitioners perform integrative dry needling to treat trigger points causing musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. This advanced technique improves tissue healing and range of motion when combined with traditional physical therapy interventions for conditions like tendonitis and chronic muscle tightness.
Senior Rehabilitation
Our senior-focused programs address age-related mobility challenges through balance training, strength conditioning, and fall prevention strategies. Specialized therapists modify treatment approaches for arthritis, post-fracture recovery, and neurological conditions while emphasizing patient safety and functional independence.
