Services
Colonoscopy
Colonoscopies detect and prevent colorectal cancer by identifying polyps and early-stage abnormalities. Our board-certified surgeons use advanced endoscopic techniques to ensure accurate diagnoses and minimally invasive removal of precancerous growths. Patients benefit from personalized pre-procedure guidance and post-procedure follow-up to maintain long-term digestive health.
Robotic Surgery
Robotic-assisted procedures enhance surgical precision for complex colorectal conditions. Using the da Vinci System, our surgeons perform intricate operations with smaller incisions, reducing recovery time and complication risks. This technology supports optimal outcomes for patients requiring resections or repairs for cancer, prolapse, or inflammatory diseases.
Fecal Incontinence Care
We address fecal incontinence through diagnostic evaluations and tailored treatments, including biofeedback, medication, and sacral nerve stimulation. Our team identifies underlying causes like muscle weakness or nerve damage and implements strategies to restore bowel control, improving patients' quality of life with compassionate, evidence-based care.
Hemorrhoid Treatment
Hemorrhoid management ranges from lifestyle modifications to minimally invasive procedures like rubber band ligation. Our providers assess severity and recommend targeted interventions to alleviate pain, swelling, and bleeding, ensuring rapid symptom relief and prevention of recurrence through patient education and follow-up care.
Pilonidal Disease Treatment
Pilonidal disease is treated with incision and drainage for abscesses or surgical excision for chronic cases. Our surgeons employ techniques to minimize scarring and recurrence, including unroofing sinus tracts and Cymetra injections. Postoperative care focuses on hygiene and hair removal to prevent reinfection and promote healing.

Dr. Ayers was kind and gentle with my ninety-two-year-old friend as she struggles to understand the source of the pain in her side and to find some relief from it.

I was in the hospital for a colon rupture due to diverticulitis when Dr Scott came in n said she would be my Dr. From then on I trusted her with my life. I had a drainage tube until may when she performed what was suppose to be a 2 to 4 hr surgery. At this time she was 9 months pregnant n dye very soon. During surgery because covid had narrow my blood vessels in my colon complications set in trying to reconnect me.
She being 9 months pregnant had told me she would not leave the er until I was ok. Nevertheless her n her colleges work magic after a 12 hour surgery. and a bag because of the complication.she kept her word n kept my daughter updated thru out. in may she reversed the bag n reattached my small colon. She has the best bedside manner. Cares so much for her patients. I could never say enough about her n the whole practice. had a blockage n was admitted n the other drs where just as great as Dr Scott. I trust her with my life n she is one of the best
